All our products are fully licensed and their rights belong to the respective artists and manufacturers.
Nothing in these business terms takes away any of your statutory rights. All terms and conditions are governed by English Law.
We take great care while preparing your orders that all parcels are packaged properly and safely to ensure they aren’t damaged during transit. We take great pride in knowing you will receive your order in perfect condition, but in the unlikely event that your order doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within seven working days and we will replace any damaged items free of charge. We may need the damaged items returned to us and might ask for photographs to be taken so please keep the item and it’s packaging until we tell you otherwise. If we require the goods to be returned we will either arrange collection or refund all return postage costs. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods are properly packaged.
All products should be used in accordance with the individual manufacturer’s recommendations. We want our customers to be delighted with our products, so if you have any concerns please contact us immediately. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a legal right to return goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This legal right is limited to 30 days from the date you take ownership of your product.
We hope that you are happy and satisfied with your order however, if you would like to return any of your items you may return them provided that you advise us in writing within fourteen days of delivery and then return the goods in perfect condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned to us in perfect condition and to pay for the return delivery costs. We recommend you get a proof of postage so the parcel is covered in case of loss. You can find the return address under Contact Us. Please make sure to include a note with your name, your order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Pricing and Delivery
All prices and delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to availability. We take care to ensure that the prices and details that we show on our website are correct, however we reserve the right to refuse an order or correct details given but we will always give you the opportunity to cancel an order if we change anything important.
The customer is responsible for supplying a full and correct delivery address. Our couriers will supply reasonable opportunity for re-delivery but if goods are returned to us undelivered through no fault of ours or of our couriers you will be responsible for any re-delivery costs.
Where goods are exported the customer is liable for all customs duties, taxes, import levies and other similar costs. Where Fantasy & Gothic Giftware have to pay such costs they will be re-charged to the customer.
